Annecy
Now that I live in France again, in a city called Grenoble. I knew that its time to travel. So I planned a single day trip to a small town called Annecy about two hours from Grenoble by train.
Annecy falls under the Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France. A beautiful little town with a ton of history. The view of Lake Annecy from the Pont des Amours is really lovely.
Walking around the city while having a nice French crepe is peaceful and relaxing. The Palais de l’Isle is a monument that’s very important to Annecy, it also happens to be one of the most photographed places in France.
Some people call Annecy as the mini Venice of France.
